Token uses Token-2022 Transfer Fee Extension -- 3% on every transfer, enforced at the protocol level.

Harvest
Fees accumulate in token accounts and are periodically harvested by the reflection engine.

Burn & Swap
1/3 of harvested fees are burned permanently. The remaining 2/3 is swapped to the reward token.

Distribute
Rewards are distributed proportionally to all holders based on their token balance.
